Position Overview :
As the Medical Director - Psychiatrist at Seasoned Recruitment, you will play a key role in leading and overseeing the psychiatric services provided by our organization. You will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of psychiatrists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients. In addition, you will collaborate with program staff and administrators to develop and implement clinical protocols and policies.
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 830a to 5p
Responsibilities :
Provide direct psychiatric care to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Supervise and support a team of psychiatrists, providing guidance and clinical expertise.
Collaborate with other medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
Required skills & experience :
Medical degree with specialization in psychiatry.
Board certification in Psychiatry.
Active medical license in the state you are applying for, or willingness to obtain.
Proven leadership and management experience.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
