- Coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, both digital and print, to reach diverse audiences and elevate brand presence.
- Develop a deep understanding of Paris Brothers’ brands, products, customer base, and business channels to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement creative strategies and materials to increase brand recognition and awareness, helping our company stand out in the marketplace.
- Propose fresh ideas for promoting the organization’s offerings, reaching external and internal audiences in exciting, new ways.
- Lead coordination efforts across departments to ensure marketing campaigns maintain brand consistency and meet high-quality standards.
- Define clear goals, deliverables, and timelines for projects, while ensuring budgets and progress align with the company’s overarching objectives.
- Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of relevant and engaging content.
- Provide essential administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, organizing photoshoots, maintaining media libraries, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring on-time activity execution.
- Craft compelling branded messaging and content for digital and print materials, ensuring consistency and engagement throughout campaigns.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on marketing content to ensure brand alignment, precision in editing, and error-free materials.
- Facilitate communication with sponsorship partners to ensure smooth collaboration and aligned goals.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of marketing events, contributing to their overall success.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and propose creative strategies for upcoming campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Assist with photo and video shoots for social media, web content, and other brand assets to enhance engagement and personalization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a marketing support role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Public relations, Marketing, and Community Management experience

- Knowledge of Project Management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Great writer and editor with a command for brand voice
- Strong collaboration skills
- Skilled at customer service and interacting with customers in a way that positively represents the brands and company
