Parisi Speed School at HealthQuest is looking for a Sports Performance Coach to deliver semi-private and private classes to youth athletes for their newly launched Parisi Speed School Program. After being extensively trained and certified on the Parisi Speed School programs, this individual will be responsible for conducting classes according to Parisi Standards of Operations. Qualifications include nationally accredited personal training certification, with a Bachelors Degree in Fitness or a Related Field preferred. This is a great position if you are looking to break into the fitness industry and/or work with youth athletes. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct semi-private and private sessions according to Parisi Standards of Operation.
- Communicate with parents of athletes being trained on a regular basis to report progress, build rapport and get referrals.
- Accurately utilize Parisi Enterprise Software or the enterprise software selected by the owner to be utilized to run the Parisi Speed School.
- Complete Daily Action Items (DAI Sheet) each day to report information to Program Director
- Participate and successfully pass all Performance Coach Curriculum modules every two years to maintain certification.
- Complete onsite re-certification every two years.
- Attend weekly, monthly and quarterly staff development meetings and workshops utilizing the Parisi Online Education Platform.
- Identify and complete annual self-development plan.
- Represent the Parisi brand well by being an ambassador
