Park Center is currently looking for a FT talented and motivated Respiratory Program Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility for a Respiratory Rehab Service Position. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and complete daily caseload, and possess the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities as they relate to cardiac and pulmonary impairments to assist residents improve in their quality of life.
Job Description
- Completes assessments and implements respiratory techniques to maintain and progress the rehab patients with many different Respiratory illness/diseases and non-respiratory illness.
- Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate, check, and assemble equipment.
- Complete a variety of bedside treatments.
- Complete in-services for nursing staff every quarter
- Responsible for completing daily, weekly and monthly documentation.
- Attending applicable IDT meetings.
- Experience with tracheotomy.
- Experience is a long-term care setting
- Follow procedure and protocol of facility.
- Completes tracking, auditing and caseload management.
- Performs related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program. Licensed as RRT or CRT.
- Licensed in the state in which practicing BLS certification. OR Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
