Park City Lodging is seeking an experienced and dynamic Administrative Specialist to join our team at Snow Flower Condominiums and Homeowners Association. Snow Flower is a world-class condominium association at the base of Park City Mountain comprised of 142 condos in four buildings with two HOA’s. There is an on-site staff of 15 including the front desk, maintenance and housekeeping departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented to manage key operational tasks related to HOA and property management. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Maintenance Director
- Process and manage owner utility bills
- Process Homeowner Association Invoices
- Manage Homeowner Association online bill pay
- Manage direct deposits
- Post accounts receivable
- Invoice dues and owner statements
- Create work orders, enter technicians' time and vendor costs
- Keep track of guest and owner lost and found items
- Owner services support
- Coordinate with owners regarding property updates, rental performance, and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for repairs and replacements.
- Assist with onboarding new units and communicating HOA-related updates.
- Support owner bookings and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage billing processes.
- Excellent communication skills for owner and vendor interactions.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and online banking platforms.
