Position Purpose:
Full cycle recruiting responsibilities for open positions to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for position openings.
Essential Position Duties:
·Respond with urgency to the immediate recruitment requests, needs, and issues of all Doctors and Team Members to ensure efficient resolution.
·Source and recruit a diverse pool of applicants for open positions and anticipated openings using various methods and sources (social media, networking, advertising, internet, educational relationships, etc.)
·Develop and maintain strong working relationships with school administrators and clinical educators to help attract top Dental Assistant and Hygienist graduates.
·Identify, recommend, and utilize innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to identify the best possible candidates for Park Dental.
·Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the current strategies being utilized making changes as needed.
·Determine applicant requirements by partnering with the Hiring Manager and identifying the specific qualifications for each position
·Review incoming applications and resumes to determine the suitability of the applicant for employment
·Conduct initial screening to determine the candidate’s qualifications meet the position requirements and ability to demonstrate Park Dental Values.
·Collaborate with the recruitment team in providing background and screening information to the Hiring Manager for the recommended final candidates
·Manage the initial interview process.
·Initiate and maintain open communication with internal partners to understand staffing needs while providing an exceptional level of service to hiring leaders and candidates throughout the hiring process
·Prepare and present organization-wide recruitment status updates to key stakeholders
·Track, report, and analyze recruiting activities and make process change recommendations
·Maintain a database of applicants to serve as a communication tool and a resource for future openings
·Adhere to Park Dental policy, Interviewing for Service Excellence guidelines, and state and federal laws regarding employment hiring practices

·Strong interpersonal skills, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, striving for collaboration and demonstrating professionalism
·Ability to communicate effectively across various levels to include Doctors, managers, and team members
·Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to articulate concepts via verbal and written communications
·Proven experience with the full recruiting cycle
·Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ICIMS)
·Proficient computer skills to include experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
·Prior dental recruiting experience and/or knowledge strongly desired
·Flexible work schedule with early morning, evening, and weekend availability
Education and Knowledge
·A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
·Minimum 3- 5 years direct recruiting experience
·Dental industry knowledge strongly preferred
·Working knowledge of multiple human resource hiring disciplines and federal and state respective employment laws.

Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
