Duties:
Verify and approve residency information for incoming students and returning families.
Make phone calls to families to confirm or request information.
Required:
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, experience with Infinite Campus. Ideal candidate is a current staff member familiar with district systems and processes with online registration.
Dates and times are well-defined as follows:
Position 1 (16 days—8 hours/day) Position 1 & 3 could be combined.
- June 16-19 (M-TH, 4 days)
- June 23-26 (M-TH, 4 days)
- July 7-10 (M-TH, 4 days)
- July 14-17 (M-TH, 4 days)
Position 2 (16 days—8 hours/day) Position 2 & 3 could be combined.
- June 17-20 (Tu-Fr, 4 days)
- June 24-27 (Tu-Fr, 4 days)
- July 8-11 (Tu-Fr, 4 days)
- July 14-17 (Tu-Fr, 4 days)
Position 3 (16 days—8 hours/day) Cannot be a current admin assistant due to overlap on work calendars.
