Position: Part-Time Host

Are you a warm, polished, and personable professional who loves providing exceptional hospitality? Oak & Violet, is a premier upscale dining destination, is seeking a Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless welcome
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using Open Table
• Coordinate seating to optimize service flow and guest satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams
• Assist with special requests and guest accommodations
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front-of-house area
• Assist with pre-setting tables, bussing and reorganizing tables

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hosting or front-of-house experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Hours - 4:00PM - 9:00PM
