Key Responsibilities :
- Empower Patients : Help implement individualized therapy programs designed to improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall functionality, supporting patients to regain independence.
- Make a Tangible Difference : Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing interventions, from strength-building exercises to cognitive exercises and adaptive equipment training.
- Track Progress : Monitor patient outcomes, documenting progress, and offering feedback that helps refine treatment plans for optimal results.
- Motivate & Inspire : Be a source of encouragement for patients as you guide them through therapy with positivity, empathy, and professionalism. Your support will empower them to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Join forces with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and tailor interventions that meet each patient’s unique needs.
