Job Description
Schedule : Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday
In this position, your main responsibilities will include :
- Perform administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Sales office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Manage multiple calendars, schedule tours, and coordinate meetings.
- Input data in Welcome Home (CRM), and prepare reports.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Conduct tours as needed.
