What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Loan Collateral Associate I position at Park National Bank?
• Analyze and complete collateral reports
• Ensure the bank’s lien positions on all collateral are properly perfected, maintained, and released in a timely manner
• Accurately board basic to moderately complex collateral loan data to host system
• Monitor and track missing or incomplete collateral items
• Complete general to basic research and maintenance on collateral through Director Workflow
• Quality control collateral documentation received to ensure proper documents are received and adhere to established policies, procedures, and established corporate standards; follow-up with loan assistants to correct discrepancies
• Responsible for all commercial collateral files, including filing and tracking any files released from the area
• Quality control loans with basic to moderately complex collateral to ensure accurately boarded to host system
• Provide general guidance and support in regards to all types of collateral and the maintenance of collateral information
• Remain current with bank, investor, and regulatory changes affecting commercial loans and assist in communicating to other collateral associates
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
• Other duties as assigned

Typical office environment with long periods of sitting and working on a computer.
SCHEDULE
Standard hours will be Monday through Friday, 8a-5p. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally the position will require 40 hours per week.
