Overview
This professional, outgoing individual is responsible for greeting residents, employees or others coming into the office. This individual will answer and screen all incoming calls.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Receptionist
- Communicate with Residents and Families
- Submit Work Orders
- Keep Residents files
- Paper work for New Admissions
- Reservations and billing, Collect and Post Payments, Receive Contributions, Maintain Cash, Make Daily Deposits
- Copy and Distribute weekly Menus
- Sort mail and Forward mail as needed
- Order Office supplies, fill copier paper, shred documents for office as needed
Qualifications
- ‘Eligible’ or ‘Exempt’ AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
- Current Negative TB Screening
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to treat elderly with respect and dignity
- Must be available Mon-Fri during daytime hours.
- Ability to operate a Multi-Line Phone System
- Knowledge of Basic Windows related software, Including: Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Excellent Communication and People Skills
- Strong knowledge of basic office Equipment, Copier, Scanner, Fax and Credit Card Machine
- Organization Skills a Must
