Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to uphold our hospitality standards.
- Drive sales, manage labor and cost controls, and optimize overall restaurant performance.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations.
- Contribute to marketing and community initiatives to drive brand presence and guest loyalty.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of craft beer is a plus!
