Key Job Functions :

• Property Valuation : Accurately determine "as-is" and "after-repair value (ARV)" using Park Place Finance's proprietary software.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and neighborhood data to produce precise valuations.
• Report Preparation : Deliver thorough and compliant appraisal reports in a timely manner.
• Collaboration : Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to provide key insights on valuations.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all appraisals meet applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Inspections : Conduct virtual or in-person property inspections as needed.
• Document Verification : Review contractor bids, project estimates, and other supporting documents for ARV evaluations.
• Software Utilization : Leverage our proprietary tools and platforms to streamline appraisals.
• Professional Development : Stay informed on industry changes, real estate trends, and regulatory updates.
• Team Support : Act as a resource for colleagues on appraisal matters and contribute to the company’s growth.
