Park Place Finance is seeking a highly organized and experienced Loan Officer Assistant to join our expanding sales team.
\n- The primary responsibilities of the Loan Officer Assistant will be to assist our Loan Officers in originating loans quickly and accurately while providing exceptional customer service before, during and after the closing.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between borrowers and our team, delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and keeping clients informed about their loan application status.
- Documentation Management: Gather, review, and organize borrower documents meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Application Support: Aid loan officers in processing applications, inputting data accurately, and verifying borrower-provided information.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, and other stakeholders for seamless loan approval processes.
- File Maintenance: Maintain organized and updated loan files for easy access and compliance purposes.
- Status Updates: Regularly inform borrowers and stakeholders about application progress and address concerns promptly.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to lending regulations and company policies, maintaining industry standards in all processes and documentation.
- 1-2 years experience in a Loan Officer Assistant or Processing role
- Book of business in DSCR/fix & flip borrowers/ground up construction builders - strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree - strongly preferred
- Ideal candidates should possess exceptional organizational skills, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and efficient management of tasks and responsibilities
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial or lending industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in using loan management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
