Job Description:
As the Aston Martin Brand Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating communication, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks and client engagement initiatives, all aimed at enhancing the Aston Martin experience for our valued clientele.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client and prospect relationships proactively alongside the Aston Martin Brand Manager. This includes: drafting communications, documenting interactions, coordinating test drives, and coordinating with the salon and service center
- Maintain the showroom including receiving customers, vehicle upkeep, cleanliness, and creating a welcoming environment
- Represent Aston Martin and coordinate participation at events in collaboration with Park Place through promotional events, partner or client events or car events.
- Coordinate ways to increase brand and foot traffic through the store including coordinating the use of our space as a meeting location
- Support the Brand Manager with marketing efforts and business development
- Collaborate with the Park Place team to represent Aston Martin to various stakeholders, partners, clients and prospects, ensuring VIP treatment and a standard of excellence in client interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
