Park Point Marina Inn, Duluth's Award Winning Waterfront Hotel Resort, is now accepting applications for a Guest Service Agent. Our AAA, 3 Diamond hotel is looking for a friendly, outgoing, customer service-oriented team member. The hotel is a 10-year consecutive (2015-2024) national Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence Award winner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Makes guest reservations
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests
- Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests
- Answers inquires pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and travel directions
- Answers phones, emails and text messages from hotel guests
- All other duties as assigned
