Salary Range: $15.25 Hourly
Description
OVERVIEW
Our Swim Instructors enjoy:
- Premium wage of $50 per hour when teaching Private Lessons outside of our advertised schedule! We call these “Flex Private Lessons”.

Salary
- $50/hr for Flex Private Lessons
- $32/hr for Private Lessons
- $15.25/hr for Group Lessons
Description
- Teach children of all ages and ability levels swimming skills
- Provide basic customer service
- Complete student report cards
- Set up and clean up before and after lessons
Qualifications
- Ability and desire to work with children
- Basic swimming skills
- Friendly personality
- Paid Starfish Swim Lesson Instructor training & certification will be provided upon hiring
Availability
- Flexible schedule available
- Weekday evening hours from 4pm-7pm
- Morning hours (summer only) 9am-11am
- Weekend hours from 9am-12pm
- Time off for all major holidays
