Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, services, and store policies.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
Skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Sales skills to effectively promote products and services to customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Previous experience in retail sales and/or pharmacy is preferred.
