About the role
A Service Associate establishes the first impression a member or guest has of the organization. The Service Associate's responsibilities include welcoming members and providing routine information concerning services. They will receive and process a variety of member financial transactions. Service Associate's also refer members to the other departments for specific information and service. The ability to assist members promptly, professionally, and accurately with their financial transactions as well as the ability to follow and accurately convey protocol are key to success in this position.
Hours
This Service Associates position is full-time. Full-time employees usually work 38-40 hours a week with 35 of those hours in a member facing role and 3-5 hours of training per week.
Qualifications
- A high school education or equivalent
- Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a team environment.
The pay range for this role is:
18.50 - 18.50 USD per hour(Whitefish)
