Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to ventilator-dependent, tracheostomy, and oxygen-dependent residents and patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on ventilator care, safety, and recovery expectations.
Qualifications:
✔ RN Licensure – Ohio (Required)
✔ ACLS & BLS Certification (Current – If expired or lacking, facility will reimburse)
✔ Experience with ventilator-dependent patients (Additional training provided)
✔ Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
