EXCITING OPPORTUNITY! Park Terrace Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Director of Facilities and Plant Operations to oversee all facility-related operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth functioning of plant operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, organize, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with Life Safety Code (LSC), OSHA, CMS guidelines, and other local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage and oversee various facility services, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
- Lead the facility’s emergency preparedness efforts, working alongside the Administrator to develop, implement, and maintain disaster plans and safety drills.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance program, ensuring timely inspections, repairs, and necessary upgrades to equipment and infrastructure.
- Maintain department budgets, manage inventory, and handle the purchasing of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of required forms, reports, and evaluations.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of resident and facility information at all times.
