A Day in the Life of an HR Coordinator:
As the first point of contact for employees, you’ll handle benefits enrollment, payroll inquiries, and HR-related concerns. You’ll coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, and ensure they have a positive start. Payroll processing, compliance tracking, and supporting employee engagement initiatives will also be part of your day. You’ll work closely with managers to enhance retention strategies and create a welcoming environment for all staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist employees with benefits administration and enrollments.
Support recruitment efforts and coordinate interviews.
Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of HR practices and Ohio labor laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Experience in an HR role, preferably in healthcare.
