We’re Park Tool Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of specialty tools for the bicycle industry. We’re looking for a versatile administrative support person to join our growing team at our world headquarters in Oakdale, Minnesota. We are a 60-year-old, growing company in a fast-paced industry that builds our own product (parktool.com) and distributes to over 75 countries around the globe.
The job:
- Phone and in-person reception
- Order entry and documentation for both domestic and foreign shipments
- Customer specific EDI processing
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable duties
- E-commerce support - order assistance, and shipment logistics
- A wide variety of general office duties
- Daily customer and staff interaction
You:
- Self-starter who can work well in a team and independently
- Fast learner who is detail oriented and determined
- Able to multi-task and problem solve daily
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Computer savvy and able to learn multiple programs
- Friendly and helpful
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Problem solver
- Organized and efficient
