Pay Range: $20-$28/hour
Job Summary
This administrative role supports various teams with scheduling and reporting. They will help with a variety of interoffice tasks and will use different computer systems daily. This person must be outgoing and work well in a team environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule and track multiple projects within a couple of departments.
- Daily project reporting to leadership.
- Provide communications/updates to peers and all impacted construction leaders regarding staff’s daily production and job completions.
- Actively recording heavy data into different platforms, such as Excel, Smart Sheet, Salesforce, Microsoft Nav, PDF Editors, etc.
- Investigate with construction leaders on missing items for job completions and compiling close out packages ready for billing.
- Customer call backs for appointment scheduling.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills who is comfortable working in a cross-function team environment.

- Must have good attendance.

- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Nav, and Adobe/Foxit
- Must have solid organizational skills
- Telecom construction and map reading knowledge is a plus
- Full time office position reports to Woodbury MN
- Self-starter capable of navigating the most challenging environments with limited supervision
