We are seeking a Director Of Staff Development to become an integral part of our team! You will design and conduct training programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Implement in-person and electronic training programs focused on individual performance
- Develop training initiatives and strategies to improve organizational performance
- Maintain training checklists and records
- Conduct/Prepare new hire orientation sessions for CNA's
- Confirm the validity of certificates of all CNAs
- Survey employees and managers to determine training needs and desired results
- Writes/Updates staff development policies on student absenteeism, completion, pass/fail requirements, history and physicals, and criminal screening.
- Previous experience in training, human resources, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with trainees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Minimum of 1-2 Years experience as a DSD
- LVN Certification Required
