Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Salary: $93,000.00 - $115,000.00
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (shared rotating on-call duties)
Duties:
- Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with the nursing policies and procedures.
- Assesses each resident’s needs and assists in the development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet the daily treatment and care needs of the resident.
- Participates in the interdisciplinary team and works cooperatively with team members to ensure the coordination of care and treatment for the residents are met.
- Ensures that nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative nursing care, activities of daily living, protective service, and training in self-care as stated in the care plan to ascertain that optimum comfort and care is provided.
- Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents.
- Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture.
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LVN license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities.
