What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Maintenance Assistant position at Park7 Management LLC?

Park7 Management is looking for individuals to assist our maintenance team during a very busy time of the year at our student housing property. The temporary Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager during summer turnover for a mixture of 1,2-,3-,4- and 5-bedroom apartments, as well as maintaining the physical integrity of the grounds. Applicant should strive to make our clients happy and complete work orders on a timely manner.
The following is a list of your initial day-to-day duties and responsibilities with Park7 Management.
- Helping with turnover through the summer
- Inspecting and getting units ready for move in
- Unit touch up painting when needed
- Pressure washing
- Any other tasks assigned
Seasonal: June through August
Physical Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to navigate property which may require climbing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching above the head, and reaching forward. Occasionally climbing of ladders. Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
