Duties
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high-quality service is provided to guests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage night audits and ensure that all financial transactions are processed correctly.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Oversee the operation of phone systems and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
- Monitor front desk operations to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management practices and customer service principles.
- Experience with night audit processes is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
