We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Process Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Process Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities across various departments, including marketing, sales, planning, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, materials, production, and cost accounting.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management, and inventory control. You should also have 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience and demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule production to meet customer demand
- Determine staffing requirements for assigned production areas
- Troubleshoot scheduling and material issues
- Help define, implement, and sustain PFEP (Production Flow Enhancement Program)
