Position Summary
The role will be the liaison between the business users, IT, and vendors providing hands-on business analysis and project management skills for solution implementation projects. You will play a central role in identifying business requirements, analyzing current state systems, mapping requirements to future state system capabilities, configuring, training, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions.

You will play a central role in identifying business requirements, analyzing current state systems, mapping requirements to future state system capabilities, configuring, training, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the bridge between internal and external stakeholders to identify and clarify complex business needs and collaborate with technical resources to translate these needs into technical requirements.
- Conduct elicitation activities with business users and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to better understand business processes and user challenges.
- Document current and future state process flows, functionality, and requirements for systems, and applications.
- Perform systems analyses, define business impacts, and provide cost and benefit analyses.
- Be hands-on with application database, SQL and analyze data to answer and support business queries.
- Quickly learn and be hands-on with new enterprise solutions, configure the system for the division's requirements and collaborate with core IT teams to implement the solution.
- Perform user acceptance testing on systems, apps, and websites
- Train users for effective implementation and use of systems. Create user documentation and develop training materials.
- Provide L2 production support for implemented applications and work with vendor/development team for issue resolution
- Lead or support with planning, estimating, and defining project scope and deliverables
- Communicate continually with business and IT project managers about the status of deliverables and potential risks to the completion of projects.
- Drive core Agile processes like story creation, backlog refinement, and product demos and facilitate agile ceremonies like stand-up, sprint planning, etc.
- Apply continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency and customer service and reduce costs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
- Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of business process analyst or technical systems analyst experience required.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated evidence of analyzing systems and documenting complex business processes and system flows.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL server, Datawarehouse, and Power BI reporting
- Certifications including CSPO, CSM, CBAP, and PMP
- Agile methodology and familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards
- Order to Cash or Supply chain or Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with migrating from legacy systems to Industry standard enterprise ERP solutions
