Position Summary
This position located in Lakeville, MN is responsible for the Lakeville Service Center and a remote Service Center (<6 team members) in Watertown, SD. Responsible for the development and maintenance of a safe and engaged Service Center organization that efficiently satisfies customer requirements. Broad responsibility and leadership for overall operation of a value stream. Implements the Parker Lean System and Win Strategy to ensure a safe work environment, maximizes profitable growth, drives quality improvements, provides premier customer service, develops a technically qualified work force, reduces operating costs, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvement. Oversees day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly expectations.

Supervises the Service Centers Customer Experience and Warehouse teams.
Responsibilities
Instills and maintains a positive can-do team atmosphere within the Value Stream; holding regular team meetings and assigning team members tasks and coordinate support services needed outside the team. Utilizes PDCA in conjunction with the Tracking Centers and Team Improvement Boards to ensure results.
Ensures leadership team provide effective cross-training for the team members, including backups from other areas, to assure a continuous smooth running operation. This training is the foundation of a culture that stops to fix problems in order to get quality right the first time.
Qualifications

- Develops a realistic budget plan and manages Center within budget constraints.
- Supervises and reviews the processing of all customer service and order entry.
- Maintains familiarity with competitive environment within geographical area of responsibility.
- Issues periodic reports concerning status of department(s) to ensure adherence to established company policies.
- Implements company policies and programs to include responsibility for personnel function of hiring, training, wage and salary administration.
- Maintains all physical properties to include building, grounds and equipment.
- Develop and maintain Parker Targets, including an active Cost Reduction program.

- Bachelor’s Degree or active pursuit of 4-year degree
- Minimum of five years experience in warehousing or materials management, production control or related functions.
- Ability to plan work, set priorities, motivate people, and possess personal initiative.
- Travel not to exceed 10%.
- Experience with Lean /Six Sigma preferred
