Description
This person must enjoy working with other employees and with customers. This position spends a lot of time on the phone talking to customers taking orders for deliveries and payments. This person MUST be a people person in order to succeed in this position. This is a fast pace environment and requires someone who can multi-task while staying organized. In this position you will also have other job duties such as daily paperwork, filing, etc.… This position requires you to be very computer savvy especially with Microsoft Word and Excel. This position schedules service calls and orders parts and does the billings for jobs. Supporting other CSR's as needed.
Qualifications
Must have excellent customer service skills. Multi-tasking is a must. This position utilizes Microsoft Office suite daily. Must be able to work in excel and word. Able to work alone and as a team. Organization skills are very important to have.
