The veterinary receptionists plays a key part on our team, besides making that critical first impression to our clients. Today’s receptionists needs to feel comfortable enough with technology to operate quickly when interacting with clients during patients check-in and check-out process, taking payments and scheduling appointments. Customer service is a top priority!
We focus on high-quality patient care and a great client experience. There is no boarding, no grooming, and no on-call schedule!

Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Manage patient flow electronically and curbside style
- Support the back-office team
- Fill medications
- Must be familiar with all office procedures, policies, pricing and products
- Be able to provide support and demonstrate genuine empathy for clients making tough decisions and treat pets with compassion and respect
Qualifications:
- Be able to multi-task and be able to prioritize under pressure
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must possess strong communication skills and have good judgement, a sense of urgency
- Must be able to physically and mentally be able to work in a fast and challenging environment
- Must be dependable, demonstrate strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
