About The Company :
Our client is a general contracting firm, licensed in Nevada, Arizona, California, Oregon, and Utah.
They specialize in new construction, renovation, and tenant improvements for professional offices, retail centers, car dealerships, recreational facilities, medical and dental offices, churches, schools, and financial institutions.
No project is too big or too small for them. They understand that building projects come in all shapes and sizes and all share equal importance to the owner / developer of the project.
Position Summary :
Top Requirements for the Estimator :
- Review and analyse blueprints, specifications, and other documentation accurately.
- Prepare detail-oriented and accurate estimates to meet assigned deadlines.
- Interact professionally with clients, partners, and vendors in order to develop rapport and properly service their needs.
- Project of approximately $50 million. (desired).
- Experience with handling projects on your own.
- Confident in your own ability to handle the project.
- Excellent communication skills :
- Follow-up on bids.
Qualifications
Benefits and Perks :
Compensation starts in the range of 85K - 135K annually.
