Hotel Bell Attendant Position Summary:
As a Hotel Bell Attendant, you will collaborate with valet staff to address guest concerns, inquiries, vehicle claims, and any guest service issues. Your role involves creating a positive experience for guests and assisting with luggage and items as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand, regularly lift 75 lbs. throughout your shift, and work in all weather conditions.
- Proficiency in using Windows, Office products, and other assigned company-related technology.
- Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
