Arlington Entertainment District - Parking Lot Cashier

Parking Company of America is a leader in providing parking solutions, including event parking operations management, and the supervision of point-of-sale parking lots in and around the Arlington Entertainment District.

Summary

We are searching for reliable Cashiers with a strong customer service background to work in one of our pay-for-parking lots serving events in the Arlington Entertainment District, including those at AT&T Stadium (home of the Cowboys), Globe Life Field (home of the Rangers), Choctaw Stadium, Texas Live, and more.

Work schedules will be based on the calendar of events at both AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field. Because of this, it is of the upmost importance that candidates have flexibility in their schedules to have the availability to work ALL event days at AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field.

Responsibilities

• Process parking payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members to manage traffic flow and maintain order.
• Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
• Setup and removal of minimal equipment, such as traffic cones and signage

Requirements

• Flexibility to work irregular work schedules based on the calendar of events in Arlington
• Proven experience in cash handling or retail math is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
