The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze maintenance and construction data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and evaluate the financial performance of maintenance activities.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and insights.
- Provide recommendations based on analysis to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
