Additionally, this position plays a critical role in budget planning, lifecycle asset management, and process standardization, ensuring long-term sustainability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance operations across Parkland USA’s various regions.
- Develop and enforce maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal facility operations and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with regional maintenance managers to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support to regional maintenance teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
