The Opportunity :
The National Facilities Manager collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to optimize asset performance, manage infrastructure improvements, and drive cost-effective maintenance solutions. Additionally, this position plays a critical role in budget planning, lifecycle asset management, and process standardization , ensuring long-term sustainability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance operations across Parkland USA’s various regions.
- Develop and enforce maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal facility operations and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with regional maintenance managers to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support to regional maintenance teams.
