What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Keeper position at ParkLand Ventures, Inc. (MHP Manager LLC)?
Local multi-family property is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Part-Time Property Grounds Keeper. This position will require approximately 30 hours of work per week. We are looking for exceptional candidates to learn and grow with our company. We take great pride in our communities and in delivering an exceptional living experience to our residents. Pay is $17 per hour.
Essential Functions:
- Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager which include:
- Trash pick-up in common areas and roadways
- Sweeping curb areas
- Ensuring cleanliness of dumpster areas
- Planting seasonal flowers/mulch
- Maintaining other property features
- Light maintenance
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, and organized
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Positive teamwork attitude
- Willing and eager to learn
All staff must adhere to company and industry standards, to include:
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines
