Role Description

ParkPayUSA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development / Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on acquiring new customers, particularly privately owned parking lots and garages. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, understanding their unique needs, presenting ParkPayUSA’s software solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate leads for potential clients, including privately owned parking lots and garages.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and demonstrate ParkPayUSA’s software solutions effectively to highlight their value.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on customer needs and feedback.
  • Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure that the software is set up and deployed efficiently for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications :

  • Preferred : Experience in the parking industry or established connections with potential customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Proficiency in market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
