Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for customers, and direct customers to correct team members or answer questions for customers
- Be initial contact for customers when they walk into the body shop
- Open Repair Orders for vehicles that have been brought in for that day's work
- Create purchase orders for vendors that vehicle is being sent to
- Verify that payment from the insurance company has been completed before the customer is contacted and the vehicle is released
- Take payment tender for customers that have a remaining balance either with cash or payment system for debit cards
- Other job duties as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Must be able to work in high stress situations
- Must be available to work scheduled hours
