Job Description
As a Field Service Technician, your role is pivotal in maintaining our high customer service standards. We take pride in our professional and customer-oriented team; you will be a key part of it. You will perform various repairs to (but not limited to) windows, exterior doors, interior doors, trim, and door hardware. Building materials and Install knowledge will be vital to your success. Equally important is your solid commitment to customer service, as this role is about more than repairs-it's about ensuring our customers are satisfied with our work.
Requirements:
- Valid NC drivers
- Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work under time constraints
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of building materials
- Strong understanding of operating small saws, and power tools
- Possess strong math skills and read a tape measure
- Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to climb a ladder to heights up to 32'
- Operating Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Repair assigned service/warranty work.
- Analyze the job before beginning to ensure you have all the needed materials and tools for repairs.
- Provide real-time updates and feedback to the office.
- Create and support a safe work environment on the job site to protect the company's interests.
