Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the sale and purchase of businesses by identifying potential buyers and sellers.
- Conduct business valuations, financial analysis, and market research to determine fair market value.
- Develop marketing strategies and materials to effectively promote listings.
- Negotiate terms of sale, ensuring favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Guide clients through due diligence, legal documentation, and closing processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and other industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry regulations, and economic factors affecting business sales.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales (prior experience in business brokerage, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, insurance, or financial services preferred).
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business valuations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Active real estate license preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
