Job Description:
As a field service technician, you will responsible for completing a scheduled route each day, to inspect, diagnose, service, repair, exchange and/or install equipment in customer locations. Must have strong customer service and organizational skills, to complete required paperwork and electronic communications in a timely manner. On the job training is available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, service, and install coffee equipment.
- Complete paperwork efficiently and use mobile app program to log service call status and problems.
- Safely operate company vehicle to a variety of clients. Execute daily preventative maintenance paperwork of your fleet vehicle, and maintain proper operator documentation as required by DOT.
- Complete your route independently to ensure accurate and timely service of equipment. Regularly maintain and reconcile truck inventory. You are responsible for all tools and equipment in your possession.

Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of using tools (screwdriver, pliers, drill, wrenches, etc.) required
- Must have current driver license (Class C) and clean driving record
- Background check and drug test required
- Must frequently lift up to 60 lbs.; push/pull up to 100 lbs. using a rolling dolly or similar equipment, often up/down a slight incline or ramp
