As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our wide selection of new and used vehicles. This is an individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our vehicles
- Identify and understand customer needs to assist in vehicle selection and offer solutions
- Conduct test drives and negotiate sales prices
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, incentives, and financing options
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Knowledge of current automotive technology and trends
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
