We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform various administrative tasks as well as answering phones to keep our company on track. This position will also offer QuickBooks support to the Executive Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Enter new jobs in our database
- Maintain job database
- Contact customers for pertinent information and reviews
- Prepare Mechanic's Liens
- Assist with various tasks in QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- Type "A" personality: assertive, direct, no-nonsense person
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & ability to remember a high-volume of information
- Strong organizational skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions Desktop Version

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
