Key Responsibilities :
- Invoice Management : Process, code, match, and enter bills accurately into our ERP system.
- Vendor Communication : Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Ensure accounts remain current, address billing questions, and resolve discrepancies in a professional and friendly manner.
- Invoice Accuracy : Review vendor invoices for completeness, accuracy, proper authorization, and required documentation.
- Account Reconciliation : Reconcile vendor accounts by reviewing monthly statements and transactions to ensure everything is aligned.
- PO Invoice Entry : Assist with PO invoice entry and manage related administrative tasks with efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement : Leverage your creativity to suggest and implement process improvements that streamline the accounts payable function.
