Kids Camp Logistics Coordinator
General Description
Parkview Kids Camp helps execute the vision to create a fun, safe, and relational space for kids to learn to love God and love others. The logistics coordinator will help to execute that vision by working behind the scenes with our supply needs and providing direct support to our staff.
Essential Job Functions
- Purchase and Organize supplies for camp every week
- Work alongside Family Ministries Team to track receipts
- Provide consultation for behavioral issues
- Recruit and execute all aspects of Hot Dog Day alongside a volunteer team
- Work alongside Program Director to help provide supplies for special events or activities
- Other duties as assigned

- Organized: Is able to track and manage large amounts of supplies and purchases
- Responsible: Ability to manage budgets well and have tasks finished in a timely manner
- Relational: Ability to connect with all age groups and create a safe environment for families
- Problem Solving: Able to calmly resolve conflict or issues within camp
Requirements
- 1-2 years Experience working with kids in a ministry or camp setting
- Available for Staff Training and the 5 camp weeks
- Available to help prepare for camp approximately 5 hours/month March, April, and May
Position Structure
Reports to: Family Pastor
Category: Part-Time, Hourly, Seasonal Staff, $16/hour
Dates: June 1-July 218, 2025 as well as occasional hours in March-May
Salary : $18 - $20
